The trend is clear: companies’ efforts in sustainability are increasingly intertwined with the development of their business strategies, integrating climate responsibility into everything they do. How will this development impact the media industry and media purchasing in the coming years?
The seminar will describe the evolution of climate responsibility within companies, focusing on goals, actions, and transparency. Additionally, a new study will be presented, summarizing how the 20 largest media houses in Sweden are currently working with climate responsibility. The seminar will conclude with a dialogue around this key question.
The seminar’s moderator is Nina Ekelund, Secretary General of the corporate network Hagainitiativet and consultant at the sustainability agency Transformity. Participants in the dialogue include Magnus Heljeberg (CEO, JCDecaux), Hanna Riberdahl (CEO, Sveriges Annonsörer), Helena Westin (Chair, Komm), Ragnar Tingström (Co-founder, Scream Media Agency), Henrik Nerell (Sustainability, Communications and Media Relations, McDonald’s Sweden), and Coca-Cola.
